coming soon - reverie

artist statement | It has been moving from avoiding vulnerability to embracing it as a necessary asset that has brought me to the introspective intersection of fear, infinite possibility, and hope. Leaning into the steepness of not knowing, I fall into a metaphorical cold plunge, where dimensional energies are catalyzed and intuited. Signals emerge from the other side, highlighting how every thing is connected, especially that which we cannot see. More and more, I am honing in on an otherworldly kind of presence, deep within my subconscious, but also externally in the natural world. It often feels dislocated, in limbo, but then surfaces at intervals as unexpected encounters of realization and breakthrough. Traces of numbers, feathers, songs and past experiences whisper acknowledgement and reassurance. Sensations of chilling vibration draw my attention away from what is before me to that which is inside, calling. Almost floating, I am liminal, around in air; tendrils glow filling me to buoyancy, nearly to puncture this shrinking sphere holding me human.
